The first Skervesen guitars were handcrafted from scratch in a small basement. Each day of working with wood has taught us patience and respect towards this material. All our experience and love for guitars is now transferred to everything we do at Skervesen Guitars.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The data we collect is used to help to to understand who is using our website and to help us improve our services.
None of the information gathered is used to target or market to people who are not already interested in our products.
It helps us understand which of our models are in demand and which options are most often chosen by our clients.
We also use personal data for the purpose of processing orders and payments. Providing personal info is done willingly and your consent is needed to provide it. There is no need to provide personal details if you do not want to make an order.
Contact forms
Things related to sending a message through the forms:
- Message is sent to guitars@skervesen.eu.
- Only Skervesen employees have access to those emails.
- If it was an order form, copy is sent to the person who filled the form.
- All information sent via the forms is used only for purposes that allow us to contact our clients.
- They are not shared with other companies.
- Information submitted via order form is stored within the WordPress website. It helps us understand which of our models are in demand and which options are most often chosen by our clients.
Cookies
This website uses cookies.

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyse information about customer sessions. This is all anonymous. It is not possible to personally identify people from Google Analytics.
Who we share your data with
Dropbox
During project all information about cutsomer’s build will be stored in an online environment called Dropbox. Only Skervesen’s employees have access to company’s account on Dropbox.

Polskie ePłatności
The use of the service requires processing of the customer’s personal data in the scope of : name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address of residence. The data will be processed by Skervesen Guitars to the extent necessary to conclude and execute the contract. Transaction data, including personal data, may be transferred to “Polskie ePłatności” limited liability company, based in Tajęcina (formerly “Paylane” sp. z o.o.), address: Tajęcina 113, 36-002 Jasionka, KRS: 0000227278, NIP 5862141089 and REGON 220010531. to the extent necessary to process payment for the order. The customer has the right to access and correct the content of his/her data. Provision of data is voluntary, yet necessary to use the service
How long we retain your data
We keep contact form entries for six months, analytics records for a year, and customer order records indefinitely.
We also store the personal information users provide in their order forms. Users can not see, edit, or delete their personal information by themselves but it can be done by site’s administrator. If you’d like to remove your personal data submitted via order forms then send us a request at guitars@skervesen.eu
What rights you have over your data
If you have any questions about your data or you would like to obtain a copy of the data that Skervesen has related to you, or you would like delete it, please send us an email guitars@skervesen.eu We require proof of identity before sending any information.

How we protect your data
We use SSL encryption and we hired company to carry out a Risk Assesment in light of GDPR.
