How to order

To order the instrument, you should fill out and send the form available in the model subpage (‘Order Form tab’), for example: https://skervesen.eu/product/raptor-7/

Alternatively, you can write an email to us (‘guitars@skervesen.eu’), and one of our teammates will help you with creating a specification.

Deposit

After determining the details and accepting the specification, we will ask you to pay 40% of the value of the order as a deposit. Rest is paid month before completion.

Personalized builds (or instruments like Skerveten 10), that is, containing inlays and other highly non-standard things, require 50% advance.

Lead time

Build time is estimated according to the complexity of specification and the number of orders that we have in production. Please contact us before placing your order.

It’s worth mentioning that the production time of more complicated models (for example with NTB construction) may be longer.

Production time is always set individually, it depends on the model and the custom options that you choose. But what’s important – there’s no waiting list.

We start production of your instrument immediately upon receiving the deposit.

Updates

As the work progresses, you’ll receive photo updates. We send them only when there’s a visual progress.

Between some stages of production the wood must rest for some time to release the internal stress. During this stage there’s no visual progress, but it’s a very important process of creating the perfect instrument.

payment options

The payment options we accept are:

• regular wire transfer
• PayPal

If you choose to pay by Paypal, we are obliged to add 5% of the value of the entire transfer, due to the fees of this service.

Shipping

You can always pick up the instrument personally. We will be delighted to be able to show you around the workshop and see how you will play your new instrument for the first time.

Shipping cost to individual destinations in the world is available below. Please make sure that your country doesn’t have any restrictions related to the shipment of instruments made of wood that we use or other regulations connected with your order.

Please remember that there are customs fees in trade between certain countries. All additional fees of this type are on your side. We assume no responsibility for such charges.

Shipping costs:

• Europe – 60 EUR,
• North and South America – 150 EUR,
• Asia – 170 EUR,
• Oceania and Australia – 250 EUR

Cancelling the order

Remember that when ordering your dream guitar you often choose your personalized wishes that will suit only you.

In case of cancellation of the order you leave us with the used wood, often very expensive and hard to access, with the work we’ve put in. This means that we will not refund your advance payment, so please make your orders thoughtfully.

Discount for returning customers

We really appreciate returning customers. For this reason, when you decide to order the guitar once again, you’ll get a 6% discount.
